A: No, dedicated phone lines are not absolutely required. Whether or not required have dependancy with the day/time you hold teleconferencing meeting. If the day/time you hold teleconferencing meeting always falls on after-office hours and holidays in which your office is closed, the phone lines connected to the 2nd to 8th ports of CL-800 v2 can have station sets (i.e. telephone or fax) wired in parallel. Only the phone line connected to the 1st port of CL-800 v2 requires a dedicated phone line. The diagram in below presents a typical example of the layout.![]() |
