DIFFICULTIES OF MEETING

Kay Foods (pseudonym) is nation-wide canned foods wholesaler. By using the home phone or mobile phone, Robert (pseudonym, the nation-wide sales manager) can only converse with one outdoor sales representative at a time. For holding whole division or multiple outdoor sales representatives' meeting, he has to either set up a meeting in a 24-hour coffee shop somewhere, or to return to his office at night or on holidays and use the company’s telephone system to form a conference call and converse. 

KEY REQUIREMENT

Robert can hold last minute meeting with 3-7 outdoor sales representatives after office hours and holidays.

USING CL-800 V2

Setting Equipment

A new phone line is subscribed from the local phone company and this line terminates at the first port of CL-800 v2.  The 7 existing company’s phone lines terminate at the remaining ports of LC-800, but these 7 lines still enter into the company’s PBX.

Holding Meeting

By using the home phone or mobile phone, Robert calls to CL-800 v2 at any time point during non-office hour and holidays and enters into the virtual conference room. Then he calls from the virtual conference room to as any as needed outdoor sales representatives forcefully inviting them to join the conference meeting. He can meet as many team members as needed without traveling expense and the need of worrying personal phone bill.
