DCRS Family:
DCRS Recording Server
1. DCRS Central Recording Server
DCRS Central Recording Server is the main system in a DCRS group within the same LAN. It can monitor other DCRS Sub-recording Servers in the same group by consolidating and storing their warning messages. In addition, remote call in for search & playback of recordings and emergency call out of each Sub-recording Server can be performed through DCRS Central Recording Server. Last but not least, DCRS Central Recording Server also contains all the functionalities of a Sub-recording server.
2. DCRS Sub-Recording Server
Any other Recording Server within the LAN that is not DCRS Central Recording Server is considered as DCRS Sub-recording Server. Its main functionalities are to record, save, backup recording files and create database.
3. DCRS Client
DCRS client is the DCRS workstation software which can be installed to any PC within the LAN. Users are allowed to connect to a particular DCRS recording server to access, perform real-time monitor and playback through this workstation.
Note: There are two modes to sign in to DCRS server. DCRS: With READ and WRITE permission. LIM: With only READ permission. |

DCRS BestLink Server
1. DCRS OAPI
DCRS OAPI provides an environment where Multisuns DCRS recording system can be integrated with call center CRM system, Call Center Agent workstation, Database, PABX and other communication system.
2. DCRS DB Center
Multiple DCRS recording server's database can be centralized to DCRS DB Center over the LAN. It can also be connected to DCRS web server to allow users to search and playback the recording files without any constraint.
3. DCRS Auto-search
DCRS Auto-search is a software which users can search calls with any fields, playback, convert and produce database CD through Best Link.
4. DCRS DB Player
Through DCRS DB Player software, users can search and playback the recording files in a database CD.
5. DCRS DB Statistics
Through DCRS DB Statistics software, users can analyze the recording files in database by predefined call information, such as time, caller ID, Dept. ID, etc. and export the information for further analysis and customization.

DCRS Web Server
1. DCRS Web Server
By installing DCRS Web Server, users can use Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser to connect to DCRS OAPI and Best Link. Subsequently, users can search, playback, download, monitor and attach comments from any location where there's internet access.
2. DCRS IE Client
DCRS IE Client is the browser interface which uses Microsoft Internet Explorer to search, playback, download, monitor, and attach comments to recording files of the DCRS recording server. |

DCRS Central Management Center
DCRS Central Management Center provides reports of each DCRS recording server's operation and analysis status. Thus, system administrator could utilize this centralized report of each recording server to immediately deal with any emergency case and analyze the efficiency of the DCRS recording server(s). |
